1. Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in Miami, Florida, and ship all products from our U.S. fulfillment centers.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive in 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we may have already started processing.
5. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email support@indiracat.top with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement ASAP!
6. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Add a note at checkout and we’ll package your order with extra care and a personalized message.
