✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and in original packaging
• Damaged or defective upon arrival
• Incorrect item sent

To start a return, email us at support@indiracat.top with your order number and a photo of the issue.

🔁 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food or litter products
• Gift cards
• Custom/personalized items

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
